No earnings guarantee
Tier rates published on the Oranlar page describe the gross rate per 10,000 qualified views in the highest payout tier under ideal conditions. They are not a guarantee, prediction or projection of any individual creator's earnings. Actual revenue depends on the geographic mix of viewers, traffic quality, content category, demand for ad inventory, exchange rates and many other variables outside the Operator's control.
Qualified vs invalid traffic
Only "qualified views" generate revenue. The Operator's fraud-prevention engine continuously evaluates traffic and may classify any view as invalid for any reason, including bot activity, click-farm signatures, repeat IP/device fingerprints, deceptive embeds, low-engagement signals, geo-mismatches, ad-block interference or unusual session patterns. Invalid traffic generates no revenue and may trigger account review.
Without limitation, the following categories are always treated as invalid and produce no revenue:
- VPN, proxy and Tor traffic — impressions originating from VPN exit nodes, residential / datacentre proxies, Tor exit nodes or any anonymising relay.
- Adblock impressions — impressions where the ad layer fails to load due to ad-blocking software or browser extensions.
- Bot & automated traffic — headless browsers, scripted players, cron-based pollers, traffic-exchange networks.
- Repeat-IP impressions — views beyond the published per-file 24-hour deduplication cap of four (4) unique IPs per file.
Tier & rate changes
Tier rates, qualification thresholds, payout schedules, payout methods and minimum balances may be changed by the Operator at any time, with prospective effect, without individual notice. Rate changes are not retroactive but apply to all views recorded after the effective date.
FX, processor fees & charge-backs
- Payouts may be denominated in a currency different from your local currency. Foreign-exchange conversion is performed at the rate offered by the Operator's payment provider, which may include a spread.
- Payment processor fees, intermediary bank fees and account fees are borne by the User and may be deducted from the payout.
- Charge-backs, payment reversals, fraud claw-backs and platform reconciliations may reduce or reverse balances after they appear in the dashboard.
Tax responsibility
You are solely responsible for declaring all amounts received from the Service as income in your jurisdiction and for paying any income tax, value-added tax, sales tax, withholding tax, social-security or other levy. The Operator is not a tax advisor, is not a withholding agent unless mandatorily required, and gives no guidance on the tax treatment of payouts in your country.
Payout delays
Payouts may be delayed, held or reversed for reasons including (i) anti-fraud or AML review, (ii) sanctions screening, (iii) inconsistencies in tax or KYC information, (iv) banking or processor outages, (v) public holidays or weekend cycles, (vi) compliance with legal process. The Operator is not liable for any consequential loss caused by such delays.
Regulatory & sanctions risk
Streaming and monetization regulations vary across jurisdictions and change over time. Activity that is permitted today may be restricted tomorrow. The Operator may be required to block, restrict or report Users in response to regulatory or sanctions action without compensation.
Payment processor risk
Payouts depend on third-party banks, card networks, e-wallets and processors. Their availability, policies and risk appetites change without notice. If a processor closes, restricts or refuses your account, the Operator is not liable for the resulting loss; you remain responsible for finding an alternative payout channel that the Operator supports.
Takedown, demonetisation & chilling effect
Content may be removed, demonetised, age-gated, geo-blocked or de-listed in response to (i) DMCA or other intellectual-property notices, (ii) violations of the Acceptable Use Policy, (iii) requests by competent authorities, or (iv) the Operator's good-faith judgement. Such actions may interrupt or end revenue without prior notice and without compensation.
Technical & data-loss risk
Despite reasonable precautions, the Service may suffer outages, data loss, corruption or unauthorised access. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of source files. The Operator is not liable for the loss, alteration or unavailability of any User Content.
Market & concentration risk
The advertising and monetization market is cyclical and subject to seasonal, geopolitical and regulatory shocks. Heavy reliance on a single platform, traffic source or content category exposes you to concentration risk. Diversify accordingly; the Operator gives no business or financial advice.
Acceptance of risk
By using the monetization features of the Service you (i) confirm that you have read and understood this Risk Disclosure in full, (ii) accept all risks described above and any analogous risks not specifically listed, and (iii) waive any claim against the Operator arising out of the materialisation of any such risk, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
