Illegal content
You must not upload, embed, link to or otherwise make available any content that is illegal under (i) the laws of Curaçao, (ii) the laws of the country from which you upload, or (iii) the laws of any country where you direct or permit the content to be viewed. Where law differs across jurisdictions, the strictest applicable standard governs.
Minors
Any content that depicts or appears to depict, describes, simulates, sexualises, exploits or endangers a minor is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to the competent authorities of every relevant jurisdiction. Accounts are terminated immediately and irreversibly; balances are forfeited.
The User certifies that every performer in any uploaded material was at least 18 years of age at the time of recording and undertakes to maintain the records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 / 28 C.F.R. § 75 and any equivalent local regime. See the USC 2257 Statement.
Non-consensual material
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Content depicting any person without their fully informed, freely given, written consent for both the recording and the publication.
- "Revenge", "leak", "stolen", "hacked", "deepfake" or otherwise non-consensually distributed intimate imagery, regardless of whether the original recording was consensual.
- Material obtained through coercion, intoxication, deception, trafficking, debt-bondage or abuse of authority.
- Content depicting persons who have subsequently revoked consent and requested removal.
Violence & extremism
- Real, staged or simulated content that glorifies, incites or provides instruction for terrorism, mass violence, genocide or hate crimes.
- Content created by, on behalf of, or in support of designated terrorist organisations.
- Graphic depictions of torture, mutilation or killing offered for shock value.
- Content that targets a person or group on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age or veteran status with the intent to dehumanise, threaten or incite violence.
Intellectual property infringement
You must hold every right necessary to upload, host and distribute User Content in every territory where it may be viewed. The Operator processes valid takedown notices in accordance with the DMCA Policy and the Copyright Policy.
Privacy violations
- Doxing: publication of identifying information (real name, home address, phone number, government IDs, financial details, biometric data) of any person without consent.
- Recordings made in places where the subject had a reasonable expectation of privacy (bathrooms, changing rooms, private homes, hospitals).
- Hidden-camera or upskirt recordings.
- Content that violates GDPR, CCPA, LGPD or any equivalent data-protection regime.
Fraud & deception
- Investment scams, pyramid / Ponzi schemes, advance-fee fraud, fake giveaways.
- Phishing, account-takeover or credential-harvesting content.
- Synthetic ("deepfake") media of identifiable people without their written consent and clear disclosure.
- Misleading health, financial, legal or election claims that could foreseeably cause real-world harm.
- False impersonation of any person, brand or institution.
Malware & abuse
- Files containing viruses, trojans, worms, ransomware, miners, keyloggers, exploits or other malicious code.
- Phishing kits, credential-stuffing tools, stresser/booter access, or instructions to attack third parties.
- Content that exploits or attempts to exploit a vulnerability in a third-party system.
Spam & manipulation
- Generating or purchasing artificial views, plays, embeds, watch-time, likes, shares, comments or referral signals.
- Operating bot networks, headless browsers, click farms, or any automated traffic against the Service.
- Reselling, repackaging or scraping the Service or any part of its API/output without express written permission.
- Embedding the player on networks of low-quality, deceptive, malware-distributing or impression-laundering websites.
Sanctioned use
You must not use the Service if you are located, ordinarily resident or a national of any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions, or if you are listed (or owned/controlled by a person listed) on any UN, EU, UK, OFAC or equivalent restricted-persons list. Use of the Service in violation of sanctions or export controls is a material breach.
Technical abuse
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling or attempting to derive the source code of the player, encoder or any client.
- Bypassing or attempting to bypass any technical protection, geo-block, watermark, age-gate, rate-limit or quality-cap.
- Probing, scanning, testing the vulnerability of, or breaching authentication or security controls of the Service or any related infrastructure.
- Interfering with, disrupting, overloading or impairing the Service or any user's enjoyment of it.
Pre-upload notification for restricted material
Where you intend to publish material that is age-restricted, sensitive, or subject to special regulatory requirements in any jurisdiction where it may be viewed (including but not limited to adult content, gambling-related content, regulated financial advice, alcohol/tobacco promotion, or politically restricted material), you must notify the Operator at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance at [email protected] with the subject line RESTRICTED CONTENT NOTICE — <account>.
Failure to provide this notification renders the User liable for all damages arising from the publication, and entitles the Operator to remove the material and suspend the account without further notice. Such material remains subject to the age-verification, consent and recordkeeping requirements set out elsewhere in these policies.
Enforcement
Violation of any part of this AUP entitles the Operator, at its sole discretion, to take any of the following actions, with or without notice and without liability of any kind: removal/restriction/demonetisation of content, account suspension or termination, balance freeze or forfeiture, denial of future registration, preservation and disclosure of evidence, referral to law enforcement, and pursuit of any other remedy available at law or in equity.
The User waives any claim against the Operator for actions taken in good faith under this AUP, regardless of whether the underlying allegation is ultimately substantiated.
Reporting violations
If you believe that content on the Service violates this AUP, send a detailed report to [email protected] including (i) the URL(s), (ii) the category of violation, (iii) the basis for your belief and (iv) your contact details.
