Operator
The drakkarstream.st service (the "Service") is operated by Drakkar Holdings N.V. (the "Operator"), an international business company organised under the laws of Curaçao. The Operator acts as a hosting / transmission service provider in the meaning of applicable safe-harbor regimes (17 U.S.C. § 512, EU Directive 2000/31/EC, Article 6 DSA). All references to "Drakkar", "we", "us" and "our" mean the Operator.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly (account registration, profile, uploaded content, payout details), information generated automatically when you use Drakkar (device, IP, playback events, request logs), and information from third parties such as payment processors and identity verification partners.
- Account data: email address, hashed password, display name, country of residence, billing details.
- Content data: videos, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, captions and metadata you upload.
- Usage data: playback sessions, qualified-view signals, embed origins, watch duration and basic device/browser fingerprints used for fraud prevention.
- Payout data: tax identifiers, payout method (bank, e-wallet) and history of paid amounts.
How we use information
We process the information described above for the following purposes:
- Operating the upload, encoding, HLS delivery and analytics pipeline.
- Calculating CPM-based revenue and processing creator payouts.
- Detecting and preventing fraudulent traffic, abuse and policy violations.
- Communicating with you about your account, payouts, security alerts and product updates.
- Complying with legal, tax and regulatory obligations.
Data retention
We retain account and content data for as long as your account is active. Payout, tax and compliance records are retained for the period required by applicable law (typically 5–10 years). Aggregated, anonymised analytics may be kept indefinitely.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, LGPD and similar regimes) you may have rights to access, rectify, delete, restrict or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Submit requests via contact; we respond within 30 days.

Security
We use industry-standard safeguards: TLS in transit, encrypted storage at rest, hashed passwords, scoped access controls and continuous monitoring. No system is 100% secure; please use a strong unique password and enable two-factor authentication on your account.
International transfers
Drakkar operates a global edge network. Personal data may be processed in jurisdictions outside your country of residence. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent transfer mechanisms.
Children's privacy
Drakkar is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we learn that we have collected such data, we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be announced on the platform and via account email at least 14 days before they take effect.
